The revamped UPSC online application portal accepts the photograph and the scanned signature in the same envelope: JPG/JPEG, between 20 KB and 300 KB, with dimensions from 350×350 up to 1000×1000 pixels. This page is preset to 600×600 pixels with the 20–300 KB range — comfortably inside both bounds. Drop your photo, then your signature, and download each. If the encode comes out under 20 KB (possible for a simple signature), PixFit pads it up to the floor with a spec-valid JPEG comment — no pixels change.
For recent Civil Services cycles the photo must show your face covering most of the frame, be taken within the last six months, and — per the current instructions — carry the date it was taken and your name printed on it (the eLitmus-style banner). PixFit doesn't add banners or verify composition; it fixes format, size and dimensions. Read the “scanned documents” instructions for your exam on upsconline.gov.in — individual UPSC exams have used tighter limits (some notifications cap the signature at 100 KB or use different pixel ranges), and the notification always wins. Adjust the Target or Exact size fields above to whatever yours says.

The signature drawing pad can draw-and-fit one — with the honest caveat that SSC's own wording asks for a scan of an ink signature.)
